FOUND VS FOUND @ HEIRLOOM ARTS THEATRE 4/27

The two titans of the found universe, Found Footage Festival and FOUND Magazine, will go toe-to-toe at the Heirloom Arts Theatre (155 Main Street) in Danbury on Saturday, April 27th (8 pm) in a battle royale of found stuff. Both camps—Joe Pickett (The Onion) and Nick Prueher (Letterman) of the FFF, and Peter and Davy Rothbart (This American Life) of FOUND—will be sharing their favorite finds to determine once and for all whether found notes or found videos will reign supreme. There will be music, comedy and blood. In addition to this, a share of the proceeds from this show will be going to the Brookline Resilience Youth Team.

Info on the charity:

Josh Eagle is a Boston resident and longtime friend of Found Magazine and Found Footage Festival who participated in the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 15th to raise money for the Brookline Resilience Youth Team (BRYT), which helps Boston-area teenagers transition back into school after suffering medical or mental health issues. Although Monday's bombings prevented Josh from finishing the race, Found Footage Festival and Found Magazine have decided to support his efforts by by contributing a portion of all ticket sales from their 4-city "Found vs. Found" mini-tour to BRYT.
