Abel is four close friends from Poughkeepsie, New York, who have a passion for creating honest and engaging music.

Produced by the up-and-coming Jared Fox, at Fox Den Studios in Nashville, SONS' release of their first full-length will be monumental for both the band, as well as the progression of Christian and Mainstream rock. Their versatility is matched only by their sincerity. SONS have facilitated a medley of tones that has cultivated a truly refreshing, eclectic resonation.
