Walter Quadrato from Brass City Records is putting together a complete list of all the bands who have played in the shop from 1984 and on. Do you have video, dates, pictures, or scans of old flyers? Some of the more widely known acts that have played Brass City are Sunny Day Real Estate, Blur, Low, Ataris, Apples in Stereo, Cancer Conspiracy, and the Lilys. Get in touch with Walt:

    I have two or three fliers from shows there....Sunny Day...Girls Against Boys (though they might have cancelled?)...Thirty Ought Six..I'll dig them out and scan them!

    Got to meet Nick Saloman and play a show with Bevis Frond there,they used our gear (Holiday Rain) and did an impromptu jam for just me and Walter....one of the greatest days of my life!

    The Fighting Cocks(w/ Philo Cramer of FEAR fame) played there towards the end of 2004. I was the drummer and frequent Punk vinyl collector/visitor since 1986.
