Electric Jellyfish EP and tour


Twin Lakes Records, the guys behind Closely Watched Trains and Myty Konkeror have released a new self-titled EP by Australian band Electric Jellyfish. It's dark, sludgy, mind-melting blues psychedelia, with snarling punk vocals. If I could shout at you until you download this album; you've just gotta hear it. Fun fact: their 2008 EP, "The Woods," was released on Thurston Moore/Byron Coley collaborative label Ecstatic Yod.

They're smack dab in the middle of a US tour, chock full of east coast dates. They will be playing two back-to-back dates in CT this spring, so you'll be able to see these guys live.
