I like noise. I like afros. I like 8bit. I like Oxygenstar. If I was asked who's the best CT band I've seen live was it would be Oxygenstar. What makes him one of the best shows in CT is not only his music it's his whole love for music, be it through his multiple sidebands or plethora of instruments he will paint the image that he sees for you anyway he can. Oxygenstar would best be described as a half-man half-drum molesting synth abusing circuit bending machine that only finds joy in blowing minds to Nintendo tunes. The show consists of a man with a monstrous yellow afro pounding on his drums being accompanied by glitch loops he made at home. With him will be Misfitchris, Rhinostrich and Br1ght Pr1mate. If you don't know what 8bit is, make it to this show. If you're a fan of any 8bit, make it to this show. My advice for you all is to make it to this show.
