Everybody Knows

'EVERYBODY KNOWS,' THE 3rd ANNUAL LEONARD COHEN TRIBUTE

For the third year in a row, following a string of sold out successes, The Small Town Concert Series presents another Musical Tribute to the Music of Leonard Cohen, with proceeds to benefit the Chester Library and STCS. In response to the huge success of the concerts from previous years, there will be three shows this year, again at the Chester Meeting House: Friday, September 25th, and Saturday, September 26th, 2009, both starting at 7:00 PM – and on Sunday, September 27th, at 2:00 PM, an added special performance to be filmed and recorded. Local and international talent is featured; it will be a family-friendly event; potluck refreshments are appreciated and will be served during an intermission halfway through the show. At Small Town Concert Series, they know how dedicated Cohen’s fans are: “Because, for us, they are the easiest show to sell. Tickets have been sold to fans from as far away as California, with others sold to folks from RI, NY, MA and NJ.” Everybody has a great time, and so, buy your tickets early and get ready for another excellent series of tributes to the author of “Suzanne,” “Hallelujah,” “I’m Your Man,” and “Everybody Knows.”

Featured Artists to include: Lauren Agnelli, Dave Rave, Marni Rice, Ebin-Rose, Rodney Maxwell, Forrest Harlow, Chris Listorti, Margie Warner (emcee), the STCS Big House Band (welcoming drummer Jon Joslow of A Klez Act), & many, many more.
